We grant the users of Top Coasters the right to use the information in any way private. We do not grant the users of Top Coasters the use of this information to create any type of online database. Top Coasters does not warrant the accuracy of the provided information.

Violations

The Top Coasters staff, in an effort to keep the website running at its best, reserves the right to remove any users(s) / content that does not follow the terms of use as said above, or for any other reason. All users who break the terms of use will be punished. The punishment is to be determines on a case by case basis and is completely up to the staff.

Image Upload Guidelines

All images which you upload to Top Coasters my be completely you own, they cannot dipict any scene which may be considered unlawful, criminal or sexually explicit. The Top Coasters staff can and will remove all images which do not comply with these rules.

All private user information, such as birth dates, email addresses and passwords will be kept secret and only displayed and/or given out as approved by the user of which the information belongs to. The Top Coasters staff will never send any emails out without user approval if they are not official and completely necessary. We do not warrant any guarantee that your birth date will or will not be used during your time at Top Coasters, how ever we do ensure its security as being kept hidden, unless user approval is obtained.
